● In the cabin, only assistance and emotional support dogs are allowed, provided they are certified service dogs.

● As per the Singapore Airlines Pet Policy, you have to carry appropriate documentation like an indemnity form, Export license, veterinary health certificate, Rabies vaccination letter, and Transshipment license (if any).

● To travel with an assistance dog, you must inform the airlines 48 hours before the departure.

● You may travel in the same flight with your pet, and they can travel as checked baggage or you may book your pet in the airline's cargo flights.

● In the cabin, the dog must not occupy a seat, must not block the aisle or the legroom of other passengers and must be leashed at all times or must be kept inside a pet carrier.

● The container of the pet must be big enough to accommodate and it must be able to move in the cabin freely.

● If more than one pet is traveling with you, they must be kept in separate containers.

● The container must be ventilated properly and it should be secured well so that the pet does not escape.

● You must check in for your flight at least 3 hours before the departure so that you have ample time for screening.

● To travel with your pet as checked baggage, you must inform the airline at least 2 weeks before the departure.

You can make a pet reservation on Singapore Airlines by calling the local office number that is available on the official website. You may follow the steps below.

● Open the page singaporeair.com and click contact us.

● Choose the country and the city in the drop-down menu.

● Dial the number and you will get a series of automated voice instructions that need to be followed.

● Follow the voice instructions to reach an agent and give the booking details to the agent.

● The representative will require essential details like the type/ breed of the pet, name, color, weight of the pet, and the container.

● The representative will book the pet for you.

You will get an email from the airline with all the booking details.
